Requirements
·Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
·Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
·Know portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules    
·Stocks and maintains levels of food products online
·Portion food products prior to cooking according to portion sizes and recipe
·Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area
·Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
·Store and rotate all products properly  
·Closing the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist you are given
·Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
